Camara Lopes Clinic

Several websites, scattered channels, no overview of enquiries. Now one address, one CRM and a wiki that onboards new staff.

Pulled three old domains onto one website in three languages, connected measurement and a CRM, and built a clinic wiki that onboards new staff.

Starting point

Camara Lopes Clinic in Curitiba treats patients from Brazil and abroad with hair transplants. Four different websites ran side by side until 2026, none of them in good shape. There was no overview of Google Analytics and Search Console, several social media channels without a common line, no CRM and no overview of enquiries. On top of that came staff turnover: whoever left took their knowledge with them.

So the brief went beyond a new website: one address instead of four, one place for every enquiry, and knowledge that does not depend on individual people. Visibility and social media are meant to build on that later.

What we did

  1. One website in three languages

We rebuilt the website, in English for international patients, in Portuguese for Brazil and in Spanish for Latin America. Each language is its own version, not an automatic translation, and the language versions reference each other. Clinic, doctors and case pages carry structured data, the legal pages are dated and name the legal entity, and we checked the doctors' register details at the source. The case gallery shows progressions instead of a single before-and-after pair and was reviewed for data protection before publication. The site has been open to search engines since the end of August 2026.

Result: a website that says the same thing in three languages and whose legal details are correct.

  2. Three old domains pulled onto one address

Three old domains now redirect to the new site with 65 individually checked rules: 53 permanent redirects, four shutdowns for services that no longer exist, eight pages deliberately left in place. We measured every target page before switching. The clinic's general website stays online for the rest of its services. The Google Business Profile points to the new address.

Result: one address for hair transplantation, no competing pages left.

  3. Measurement set up

Google Analytics and Search Console run on the new domain, the sitemaps are submitted, and the cookie banner asks for consent in three languages. The clinic can now see where visitors come from and which pages they read.

Result: the numbers live in one place.

  4. CRM connected, enquiries brought together

Enquiries from the website go into a CRM instead of scattered inboxes and chats. The team sees every enquiry in one place, with its status and owner.

Status: connected and maintained by RakenAI.

  5. A clinic wiki against knowledge loss

Procedures, answers to frequent patient questions and responsibilities live in a wiki. For new staff in sales and support it is the entry point, without someone having to explain everything. When someone leaves, the knowledge stays.

Status: built and maintained by RakenAI.

  6. Visibility: load time, keywords, expert articles

We cut the image weight of the home pages by about a third, measured search demand in Portuguese, English and Spanish, and turned it into a topic plan. The first expert article is published in three languages, with checked sources and a documented approval. More follow by the same process.

Result: a faster site and a plan for which questions the clinic answers next.

What is still open

Social media is the next step: bring the channels together, connect them to the website and run them to a plan. A results report with numbers will follow once the new site has run long enough for a reliable before-and-after comparison.

What we did not do

  • Advertising, social media management and patient communication sit with the clinic. We built the structure in which all of that can now happen.

Next step

If your practice or clinic has several web presences, scattered enquiries and knowledge in individual heads, the audit is where to start: it shows what needs to be brought together first.
