The legal framework for working with RakenAI.
These terms describe the general basis for services, client cooperation, confidentiality and liability. Specific projects are additionally governed by the respective offer or contract.

AI development, automation, integration and related software or technical consulting work.
Client cooperation
Clients provide required information, access and decisions in time for delivery.
Jurisdiction
Swiss law applies unless a specific contract states otherwise.
Contracting party
1. Scope
These terms apply to services provided by RakenAI unless a written agreement states otherwise.
2. Services
RakenAI provides services in AI development, automation, integration, software engineering and adjacent technical advisory work.
The specific scope of work is defined in the relevant proposal, project description or contract.
3. Client obligations
Clients support delivery by providing necessary information, access, stakeholders and timely decisions.
4. Fees and payment
Fees are based on the respective offer or contract. Unless agreed otherwise, invoices are payable within 14 days without deduction.
5. Liability
RakenAI is liable in accordance with applicable law for intent and gross negligence. For minor negligence, liability is limited to essential contractual obligations and foreseeable damage to the extent legally permitted.
6. Confidentiality and final provisions
Both parties agree to keep confidential information obtained during the cooperation confidential.
Swiss law applies. To the extent legally permitted, the place of jurisdiction is the seat of RakenAI.
