Terms of Service

1. Scope

These Terms of Service apply to all services provided by RakenAI (Frick, Aargau, Switzerland) to its clients.

2. Services

RakenAI provides AI development and automation services based on individually agreed project scopes. The exact scope of services is defined in the respective project contract.

3. Data Protection

RakenAI processes personal data exclusively on Swiss and EU infrastructure in accordance with GDPR and the Swiss DSG.

4. Liability

RakenAI's liability is limited to gross negligence and intent. Liability for consequential damages and loss of profit is excluded to the extent permitted by law.

5. Governing Law

Swiss law applies. Place of jurisdiction is Frick, Aargau, Switzerland.
